When to call Pat
- A kitchen or bathroom sink that drains slowly or not at all.
- Water backing up out of a basement floor drain.
- A drain that clogs again a few weeks after you clear it.
- A garbage disposal that is jammed, leaking or dead.
How Pat handles it
Pat clears the clog, then looks at why it happened: a drain set up badly, a disposal plumbed in a way that traps food, grease left in the pipes by a previous owner. Where the setup is the problem, he fixes the setup.
For a disposal, he’ll tell you whether yours can be freed up or needs replacing, and give you the price either way. Customers describe him sorting out the piping under the sink while he’s there.

Keeping it clear
Most customers mention the tips Pat leaves them with. Ask him what goes down your drains and what doesn’t, and what to do the next time one slows down.

What customers say about Pat’s drain work
“I called in the morning and they were able to come the same day in the afternoon to fix a kitchen sink clog and backup in an hour. They also provided some very helpful tips to prevent future issues and tricks to resolve further clogs.”
Clearing the clog is half of it. The reviews keep mentioning the other half: the setup fixed so it doesn't come back.
A disposal set up wrong

“He replaced our disposal and modified the piping under our sink, improving the water discharge and making more usable room in the cabinet.”
Robert Smith, on Google A clog that fought back
“We just moved into our house and experienced a very complicated sewer clogging issue. Pat was great in figuring out what needed to be done, keeping us informed at every step. He never gave up and was able to resolve our issue.”
